I placed an order. When should I receive my item(s)?
All orders are held for a minimum of 3 days. If you use an electronic check, your order will be held until we receive notification that your payment has cleared.
If there are no shipment or payment delays, you should receive your order within 5 to 10 days.
I received my order and it was damaged. What do I do?
Please call our office immediately upon receipt. We will begin the process to have the item picked up by the shipper and an insurance claim filed. The window of time is limited to use this option.
We are not responsible for items damaged in shipment.
What is your return policy?
You have 7 days from the date of receipt (date product was signed for) to request a return for a full refund. Products must be in resaleable condition or like new with no blemishes (other than those in the product description, for used or refurbs). Software may not be returned for refund, but it may be exchanged if the received product is defective.
Absolutely NO returns after 14 days. Products requested for return between 8 and 14 days will receive a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your original purchase price.
If products are received and are damaged (beyond normal shipping & handling), products will be returned to you and refund will not be issued. Products damaged in shipment carry a different policy.
